Ground level: Entrance and lounge with fireplace and exposed beams, kitchen with direct access to the terrrace, stairway, large double terrace with spectacular views of Vernet-les-Bains and the mountains. The lounge is fitted with a double convertible sofa bed.

Lower level: hall, access to private shaded patio, WC room, bathroom fitted with bathtub/shower and bidet. 1 bedroom with double bed 190x140 cm, 1 twin bedroom with two single beds 190x90 cm and direct access to patio, 1 kidsuite with bunk beds 190x80 cm. The kidsuite does not nave an exterior window, but gets light from the hall/patio. Cot and guest beds available on request. Sleeps 6/8 persons.
